Mountain Time Trial buffet helpers

Post by Michelle Wright » Fri May 11, 2018 9:52 am

Morning all. We have a small number of volunteers to help with the buffet this year but from past experience I know that we could do with a few more.

We normally have around 8-10 people helping to prepare and lay out the buffet, greet riders, provide a steady stream of drinks, friendly banter and generally keep things running at HQ.

If we could have some more volunteers it would be much appreciated. It's great fun and the comments about how well visitors are looked after make it worthwhile.

If anyone can give us an idea of what food donations they're able to provide, that would be really helpful too. Some of the helpers will be shopping and/or baking tonight and some clues would help us to plan accordingly.

Thank you :D

Already mentioned to Tan that I'm bringing a fruit cake and flapjack.

This is an easy way for the club's riders taking part to support the event by bringing along some food ;-)
